Headset and microphone, while not required, are HIGHLY recommended when participating in a live training!  Conference room is LIVE Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m. EST to 9 p.m. PST.  If the room is closed, click here.

1.)  Enter as a guest and use your real name... first name only is okay.  Using anything other than your real name will require us to remove you from the room.

2.)  The use of profane language, promotion of links in our chat box or any other unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.

3.)  Communicate with the trainer on duty in the room.  Let them know what you need help with so they can formulate a plan that will help you get results.
